St Patrick’s day social row to start your day, open to all competent rowers. Bring a drink and wear suitable clothing for the weather conditions…. especially layers for the cold. Fancy green hats and pet leprechauns optional !
Meet 15 minutes beforehand at the shed to collect kit for the boat and life jackets if needed. Do also use this time to do gentle whole body warm-up exercises.
