Open Row – Competent Crew Only – Associate and Full Members
These rows are designed for people who have completed the Novice membership training and been certified as competent by a supervising Cox.
During these rows you will get to explore the beautiful Ouse estuary or maybe even head out to sea into Seaford bay.
All rowers must have completed a PARQ form and be at Full or Associate membership level and must let the cox know if there are any additional injuries or needs (not already disclosed on the parq form) prior to the row.
£3 per seat for Full members – £6 for Associate members
