These sessions are designed to help beginners to become both confident & competent in rowing a Cornish Pilot Gig. This is a course and rowers are expected to attend all sessions as a priority. The sessions will be led by Mark (1st, 15th & 29th June) and Gill (8th & 22nd June).
Please meet 15mins prior to row time at the shed in the marina. Bring drinks and sunscreen. Please wear sports clothing that you don’t mind getting wet. Not jeans please. Wear trainers or similar footwear, no flip-flops.
