One of two new slots on a Friday for competent crew who want to end their week on a high! Aimed at people who would like to improve fitness & technique in the Gig and ultimately row regularly with a group of like-minded people. As ever please come prepared with water and appropriate clothing. For the time being, please complete a negative lateral flow test before attending.
