TGIF social row to clear your head at the end of the week, open to all competent rowers. Bring a drink and wear suitable clothing for the weather conditions…. especially layers for the cold.
Meet 15 minutes beforehand at the shed to collect kit for the boat and life jackets if needed. Do also use this time to do gentle whole body warm-up exercises.
