This is an essential session for all those wanting to race this year.
We will look at your posture on the ergo and you will get 1:1 tuition on your sweep stroke technique. You will leave with good technique on the ergo and a plan for how to use it in the future to build your performance.
We will also look at your flexibility and core strength and help you find exercises to increase your strength and endurance.
There will be two people at each session only.
