This is a taster session, We will go through the parts of the Boat, Oars, health and safety.We will provide you with a lifejacket
Please dress appropriately for the weather No Jeans, or flipflops
Joggers, Shorts and trainers will be fine, Sun cream and hats are essential and please make sure you have water
If you have any health issues on the day of the row please do talk it through with the Cox
