This is a taster session and your first experience at gig rowing.
Please dress appropriately, Joggers/shorts/T shirt/Trainers bring a warm layer and waterproof if rain is possible please do not wear jeans or flipflops;
you will be mostly on the pontoon where you will be shown all about the Gig and rowing commands there will be two competent rowers to help
A 6 week course will follow this session
