This is your first taste of rowing please wear appropriate clothing – Joggers,Trainers, Layers (some can be removed during the session) Hat,Gloves,Waterproofs it is important that you don’t get cold Please don’t wear jeans.
We will provide life jacket, bring a drink with you
Please wear a mask this can be removed wehn we start rowing.
