This is a primary session for all brand new rowers.
You will cover all safety aspects and commands required to make the row boat go and stop.
You will practice the technique on the dock and with 2 competent crew go for a short potter around the Marina, further if showing ability to take instruction well.
Life jackets supplied and fully sanitised boat and Covid procedures in place.
We will set up a what’s app group so you can communicate whilst on your learning journey for the next 6-8 weeks whilst becoming competent before joining one of the existing bubbles for wider more experienced and competent rowers.
There is a full set of lessons to go through and once reaching the required standard (in whatever time that takes) you will progress to full membership of the club if desired.
