This is a Sweep stroke Technique Session,your cox will be Caroline,you will learn the basics all about the Gig and the equiptment you will need to enable you to Row our beautiful Amelie.
you must have completed a PARQ form which is a basic fitness/health questionnaire and this must have been signed off by one of our coxes/coaches.
Dress according to weather conditions warm layers,Trainers,Joggers,hats,gloves and waterproof coat. water if required
