This session is designed for people who are new to rowing, we will teach you about the Gig and equiptment you will be using and some basic rowing techniques.
This will all be in the Gig whilst berthed.
Please dress appropriately we recommend that you wear Joggers,Trainers,Layers and bring waterproofs
