This is a Sweep stroke technique session, you will be taught all aspects of the Gig,Oars,Safety and before going out for your first row. There will be two competent rowers in the boat to give you any help you might need.
Please dress appropriately for the session, we recommend Joggers/Shorts, trainers, loose fitting clothing/layers that can be removed if you get hot, Please do not wear jeans
