This is your first experience of rowing the sweep stroke technique will show you how to wear your life jackets to parts of the boat and how to row the boat
we will spend sometime on the pontoon by the boat learning before we go out for your first row, you will have competent rowers with you to help
please dress appropriately for the weather, layers are essential, no jeans please joggers/leggings and trainers are ideal please bring waterproofs and a drink of water.
