This is an introductory session for 3 brand new rowers accompanied by 3 competent crew after suitable instruction and basic training to get you started . It will be followed by a number of learn to row sessions with up to 5 learners enabling a good technique to get you signed off a competent when you can then progress to more open type rows perfecting technique and fitness further, usually as a cohort who start and together.
