Sunday sunshine social row, open to all competent rowers. Bring a drink and wear suitable clothing for the weather conditions…. especially layers for the cold and rain.
Meet 15 minutes beforehand in front of the Fort Road Café and use this time to do gentle whole body warm-up exercises. Collect a life jacket from the shed if needed.
