This is a session for those wanting to improve technique and increase row fitness.

If you have not had an ergo induction, I will do that in this session: looking at your posture on the ergo with 1:1 coaching on your sweep stroke technique. You will leave with good technique on the ergo and a plan for how to use it in the future to build your performance.

We will also look at your flexibility and core strength, and help you find exercises to increase your strength and endurance.

There will only be two people at this session. Bring water and clothes that you would use to row in.
