An Open Row for competent crew.A relaxed friendly row with some continuous rowing, stopping for rowing chats, photos or refreshments.. Please wear layers suitable for the weather, and bring water. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance to the clubhouse or if late, go straight to the pontoon. Please let me know if you have any strains or injuries that may affect your rowing.
