We’ve GOT to get a men’s team sorted for the upcoming Head of the Ouse race! If you’d like to take part please jump on this row – and contact Dan via Facebook or email. Would be nice to have a squad of 8-10 people who can train regularly. We’ll focus on endurance and efficiency.
