This is a row for race training and is open to all competent and confident rowers that have completed the 2K timed ergo session. If you would like to take part but haven’t yet completed the ergo session then please contact Rachel (Rachelbeardsworth@ymail.com).
These will be tough but fun rows – your gateway to being considered for future racing and regatta events.
Bring a drink, wear clothing suitable for weather conditions and slap on the sun cream when appropriate.
Meet at the top of the slipway at least 15 minutes before the scheduled row time.
