This is a row for anyone looking to establish themselves into a race crew before official selection procedures are decided, I will positively select from those who feel they are nearing either peak row fitness or have sufficient long stroke technique. Selection for the crew will not prejudice or support any later selection process but will give an opportunity for those wishing to knock on the door of a regular crew to get noticed, its a small window, use it! It will be a hard row.
