Introduction to Rowing – SWEEP STROKE Technique – Nikki Tweedie and Caroline Dean to Cox
A introductory session which will be led by one of our trained Cox’s with the assistance of a competent club member
This session covers:-parq completion, Safety on the pontoon, Use of life jacket, rowing / safety instructions, entering and exiting the boat safely, basic rowing techniques.
Please note that this session must be completed by all new members.
