Ladies head of the ouse race looking at endurance and technique. This will be an intense traning session. Please Warm up ten mins before due to row in the car park. This will be a silent row and focusing on technique and endurance.
Please dress in layers and wear sun cream if needed. You must bring water to this to stay hydrated
