Guided ergo workout session for up to 3 people. We’ll be following the British Rowing Indoor Training Plan, with a gentle warm-up followed by a 10-15 minute workout and cooldown, where we learn to control the stroke rate whilst maintaining good form and a strong drive from your legs. We’ll vary the intensity to suit your level of fitness and aim to build steadily over future sessions. Bring water and something to mop the perspiration from your brow. And earplugs if you don’t like 80’s power rock ballads.
