Early morning social row to start your day, then we’ll go for a coffee afterwards if you have time. Bring a drink and wear suitable clothing for the weather conditions.
Meet 15 minutes beforehand in front of the Fort Road Café and use this time to do gentle whole body warm-up exercises. Collect a life jacket from the shed if needed.
